Returns & Cancellations Policy

We aim to provide a fair and transparent experience for all members and guests.

Class & Membership Cancellations

  • Class booking cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Refunds for eligible cancelled classes will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

  • Membership cancellations require written notice at least 7 days prior to renewal; refunds for eligible unused sessions will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

Trial Classes

  • Trial class bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

  • Refunds for eligible trial cancellations will be processed within 3 business days.

Merchandise Returns

  • Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.

  • Refunds for eligible merchandise returns will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

  • No-shows and late cancellations (outside the window specified above) are non-refundable.

Exception

  • Digital products, personalized training plans, or event tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by EvolveX.

How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation

  • Email evolvexclub@gmail.com with your booking details, reason for cancellation or return, and receipt/proof of purchase.
